LearnBoost is now available to everyone

Rafael // August 10th 2010 //

Today is our official launch, and we’re thrilled to make LearnBoost publicly available.

We soft launched yesterday and the response from teachers was outstanding. We received feedback calling LearnBoost “really awesome for educators” and comparing us to Mint.com when it comes to design. We’re really happy our beta testers love our product — it’s a sign that we’re doing something right.

But don’t take my word for it, or the beta testers, or even the people who saw LearnBoost for the first time yesterday. Look at what ReadWriteWeb said in their article LearnBoost Aces the Gradebook:

“If an online gradebook is going to gain wide adoption, it needs to be dead-quick to master and incredibly easy-to-use. LearnBoost launches today, and it is just that.”

Or look at what Xconomy said in their coverage of our launch today:

“Everything works in a smooth Web-2.0 style that will be familiar to any user of modern Web applications…. In fact, LearnBoost’s whole premise is that teachers, a market long neglected by Web developers, are as deserving of great software tools as ordinary consumers or business users.”

We hope you enjoy your free LearnBoost account as much as everyone else has so far. We’re excited to make LearnBoost widely available today, and we have big plans for LearnBoost. Stay tuned.
